A Warm Hello Junior Parents J IT’s
PROM TIME AND I NEED HELP!!!!
As you may know, I have been the sponsor for the Junior
class since the 7th grade. We, as a class, have worked really hard
to place ourselves in a great financial position to provide memorable experiences
for these kiddos their junior and senior year.
With this said, I need some parental help and support with
prom. We have planned the following events for prom:
When: April 30th
2016
A formal Dinner
for Junior’s, Senior’s, parents and dates: Appetizers from 6-6:30 and a catered
dinner by Randol’s BBQ from 6:30-7:30pm (we budget for about 50 people)
Formal Dance:
Theme-Space will be from 9pm-12am (high school only)
The Junior Class presented at the last Meeteetse Recreation
District Board meeting a proposal for a safe
after prom party at the pool or after-school building from 12am-2am.
This is going to be a busy day, and night; we have a home
track meet on this day as well. Here’s where I need help:
1) Appetizers for the formal dinner
2) Desserts for the formal dinner
3) Parent Chaperone’s for the after party (do we have any
night owls out there?)
4) Light snacks and drinks for the dance
5) Help setting up and taking down decorations (set up
Friday April 29th, take down after dance)

with. I am VERY appreciative of your kids and you, and appreciate your help in
making this a memorable wonderful event for our high school!
